Elemental Burst
Grand Form (with animation):Deals AoE Electro DMG. After a short delay, deals 3 instances of Lunar-Charged DMG.If Radiant Surge is active and Thunderclouds are nearby, deals 2 additional instances of Lunar-Charged DMG.
Lesser Form (no animation):Costs less Energy. Deals 1 instance of Lunar-Charged AoE Electro DMG.If Radiant Surge is active and Thunderclouds are nearby, deals 1 additional instance of Lunar-Charged DMG.
Passive Talents:
Talent 1Increases Flins’s base damage based on her ATK, up to 14%. (Same type as Ineffa.)
Talent 2While Radiant Surge is active, Flins's Lunar-Charged DMG is increased by 20%.
Talent 3Increases Flins’s Elemental Mastery by up to 160.

在满辉时刻，若附近存在雷暴云，额外造成1次月感电伤害；
天赋1：基于攻击力提升基础伤害，最高14%，伊涅芙同款；
